Day 17

~Day 17~

Today was a usual sunday, except for the fact that it was July 4th, and we sang America the beautiful in church lol.

We came home and had a nice 3 hour nap, then watched a movie, and made some popcorn :)

Today was my friend Brittany's 16th Birthday party. I went to her house and had a fire, roasted wieners, had cake, then we went down to Saratoga Speedway to watch some pretty awesome car races! Il have to go back and do that again!

Tonight we ( Mom, Heather, & I ) went through an old trunk that was my great grandmas. We found lots of interesting treasures, including a ton of teacups!

▉♥▉ HAPPY CANADA DAY! ▉♥▉! Today was super fun, Tim, Heather & I went downtown Courtenay for the Canada Day parade, then came home and had a nice nap. Then around 4:30 we went down the the church for a Potluck supper =) YUMMMM!

Today was a long day. long but good. Woke up earlier to go to school and pick up my report card =P i did pretty darn good.. so i officially passed the 10th grade :)

Then me and holly went to a, i guess you could say "staff meeting/training" for our new summer volunteering program. I think it will be pretty sweet, we get to go and help out at events, and go to the out door pool and work and help with day camps and stuff.. it'll be pretty fun. And pluss we'll get work experience, and that always looks good on a resume :)

Then i came home for a quick supper, then i was off to the pool to go for a swim with Holly and her family.

Day 12

Today was PERFECT 'Go to the beach, and soak up the sun' weather! So guess what we did? Haha.. we (Mom, Heather, Tim & I) went down to the Spit and had a blast playing in the water and laying in the sand :)

Day 11

Well today was a GREAT day! Cuz guess who passed her 'L' test?? ME! With a 91%! So i am now oficially a road hazard =)

Tim & Heather arrived today from Utah. They'll be staying here with us for about 2 weeks =)
